I’m Dr Lauren Kita – a Psychologist (PhD) and Yoga Therapist who empowers people with powerful holistic tools to overcome low self-confidence / anxiety / depression / insomnia.

Ultimately, all of us are looking for greater happiness, vitality, meaning joy and connectedness. Yet many of us simply lose sight of the bigger picture of our lives, finding ourselves trapped in the mundane, and repeating negative cycles of behaviour.

The truth is, you can’t change other people, you can only change yourself. When you are at your best, you are naturally a better husband / wife / employee / boss / friend / parent / child. Change starts with you.

Through Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I can help you to find inner peace, improve your health and start taking inspired actions towards what matters to you.
