1-2-1 Therapy

I offer three types of therapy:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a talking therapy which helps you to connect with your values and take positive actions towards things that matter to you, while at the same time teaching you effective mindfulness techniques to stop limiting thoughts and feelings from holding you back. This is a great therapy if you are feeling ‘stuck’ in your life and want some clarity, or if you are struggling with anxiety / depression.
  • Yoga Therapy is an integrative mind-body approach combining science and spirituality. It suitable for a range of mental and physical health conditions. Following an assessment we will work together to create a holistic ‘yoga prescription’ that suits your needs. This also includes lifestyle recommendations.
  • Sleep Therapy is a specialised form of therapy for those suffering with insomnia. It uses a combination of evidence-based tools to help you to overcome your insomnia in a natural way.
