I teach a form of Hatha yoga that is influenced by my background in Psychology. My classes and courses are often taught around themes relating to psychological wellbeing, and typically include a combination of asana (yoga postures), mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation. I always emphasise self-compassion and encourage you to work with, rather than against your body.
